Honourable Mention in University Hospital of Würzburg Competition for the New Head Clinic
A decision has been made in the University Hospital of Würzburg competition for the new Head Clinic. The jury meeting took place on 25 November 2014. A first prize, second prize and four honourable mentions were awarded. Nickl & Partner Architekten AG is delighted to receive an honourable mention.
A press conference and awards ceremony are scheduled for 1 December 2014. This event and the exhibition, which is open from 1 December 2014 until 7 December 2014, take place in the refectory multi-purpose space:

A clear programme characterises the Nickl & Partner Architekten AG design for the new Head Clinic. While linking the entire complex by means of a shared plinth, it breaks down the current dimensions to a moderate scale and shows the ideal option for the two building phases that will ultimately join to form a functional whole.
