Just a few days ago, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the new Münchenstift Nursing Home – an important milestone on the way to creating a central, modern, and sustainable home for people in need of care in Munich.

We are proud to be realising a building that not only meets the highest functional and aesthetic standards but also places the well-being of its future residents at the forefront.

With an innovative spatial concept, energy-efficient solutions, and attractive outdoor spaces, we are creating a place where care, community, and quality of life are the priorities. The new nursing home will make it possible to deliver care that is as close and personal as possible.
