On 2 November 2021, University Hospital Würzburg celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Luitpold Campus. On this occasion, the University of Würzburg organised a ceremony with invited guests from the faculty, politics and the health sector and took a joint look at the history and future of this historic campus.

At this ceremony, the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Nickl & Partner Architekten, Prof. Dipl. Ing. Christine Nickl-Weller, gave a ceremonial speech on University Hospital Würzburg and pioneering architecture for 100 years.
