On April 20th the topping-out ceremony was held for the first construction phase of the new ward blocks planned by us for Landshut Hospital.

In attendance were the Minister of Health, Klaus Holetschek, the Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger, the district administrator, Peter Dreier, the mayor, Alexander Putz, as well as the hospital management, the involved specialist planners, the executing companies, and our project team.

The three atrium buildings with their light-flooded inner courtyards will replace the hospital’s outdated care areas. With each construction phase, the project grows modularly by another cube. The first construction phase will be handed over to the client in early summer of 2024, with commissioning scheduled for the end of 2024.
