Contract Awarded for Georessourcen II in Aachen
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic new project just before the end of the year! The Construction and Real Estate Management Agency of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) has awarded us the contract for the replacement construction of Georessourcen II for RWTH Aachen. Covering approximately 8000 m² of usable space, this institute building will consolidate the various specialist groups in the Georessourcen department on the RWTH Aachen Melaten campus.
The core idea of our design was to facilitate communication and professional exchange among researchers. The dynamic pathways in the central atrium form a common meeting point, serving as an identity-forming and communicative hub that promotes the interaction of the different institutes.
Our team in Düsseldorf eagerly anticipates the start of planning and looks forward to working with BLB NRW and our specialist planners from Krebs + Kiefer Engineers, studio grüngrau Landscape Architecture, and LeitWerk Nickl!
