We are pleased to have won the contract from Wiener Krankenanstalten Verbund to restructure the Donaustadt Clinic.

The Donaustadt Clinic, formerly SMZ-Ost, is the youngest of Vienna’s municipal hospitals to be renovated in the coming years. Among other things, the restructuring provides for the demolition of the three ward blocks. The latter are to be replaced by two new buildings offering a high level of user comfort.  The operating theatre area is to be modernised starting 2025.

In the future, the Donaustadt Clinic will accommodate specialised centres for oncology, urology and ENT as well as the centres for neurosurgery, paediatric and adolescent surgery as well as orthopaedic traumatology for the entire city of Vienna. The 500 million euro project is to be realised between 2025 and 2037.
