Our internationally active office devotes itself to the planning and construction of buildings in the health care, research and social housing sectors, as well as town planning for the private and public sectors.
Our goal is to create modern buildings which positively boost working and living spaces. To us, architecture means understanding and ordering things whilst focusing upon people. To a large extent, the designs of Nickl & Partner are based upon the actions and needs of people who work, live and receive health care there. Their wellbeing in addition to the perfection, functional interplay of flexible spatial designs and exciting materials is our key concern when performing our work.
We rank among the leading architect’s offices in Germany in the fields of medical facilities, clinics and research institutes. Our specialist expertise in the fields of technology and building materials is very extensive and our innovative concepts have proved themselves over a period of more than 3 decades.
The team has increased to number approx. 130 staff since the foundation of Nickl & Partner in 1979. Clients from health care, research and urban planning fields have entrusted us with the production of plans and construction work in several different countries, such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic of China. -

The corporate policy is derived directly from our corporate philosophy. Our objective is to fulfil client requirements to their satisfaction and also meet the expectations of other interested parties in the planning and building process.

N&P Design Lab Architekten GmbH - Dimensions and Visions
N&P Design Lab Architekten GmbH is a leading provider of Building Information Modeling services based in Munich. Our international team, consisting of architects, engineers and consultants, has built up a tried and tested knowledge base in complex large projects over the decades; especially in planning and construction projects in health and research buildings. N&P Design Lab Architekten GmbH, as a spin-off of the Nickl and Partner Group, makes this knowledge available in the form of training courses and services. Future-oriented. Innovative.
Through the successful implementation of numerous projects at home and abroad (including Russia, China), we have extensive experience in working with builders, investors, planners, executing companies and service providers.
We pay particular attention to meeting quality and performance standards. Our BIM consultants can either be involved in your project as project staff or be available to advise the management level to support them in the implementation of the BIM implementation process.
The services offered cover the entire value chain from design to facility management, for example BIM consulting, BIM coordination, BIM training, BIM implementation (including collision check, quantity take-off, data management, room book, modeling).
On the one hand, our team is involved in the implementation of the project; on the other hand, an important part of our service consists of standardization, process optimization and the development of solutions for a wide range of application cases 3D to 6D and 7D (FM).
