Our main goal for the tower in Hanoi is to design a future-orientated building – one which provides the best possible conditions for residents, employees and visitors. The new functional elements; shopping mall, offices and apartments, are to be strictly separated from one another. The focus is on the strict division of different functions and units. An optimisation of natural lighting and ventilation creates a tower with a friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Ecological and aesthetic aspects are in balance with one another. The key words for our design are human built scale, individual rooms, natural light, simple orientation within the building, a flexible system of floor plans and centralised logistic systems.
