The Pocket Hospital concept developed by Nickl & Partner is a modular system for minimal care hospitals tailored to the special requirements of the health infrastructure in Indonesia.

The concept is based on a Core Unit – a fully equipped, prefabricated module – to which examination and treatment rooms, wards and other facilities such as a pharmacy or guest house can be added as required.

The flexibility of the system and the high level of prefabrication ensure consistent quality standards even in case of difficult site conditions.

A groundbreaking prototype of the Pocket Hospital with about 100 beds is currently being built in Citra Indah City.
