This facility is located in a new residential area of detached single-family homes on the site of a former garden centre. The buildings are grouped around a central meadow following the routes of the adjacent train line and the River Lech.

The home comprises 75 apartments, eight of them wheelchair friendly, with lively and attractive indoor and outdoor areas encouraging interaction between residents. The meadow, which is planted with fruit trees, serves both as a boundary and as a local meeting point, the equivalent of a village square.
